Practice teaching is the most informational and inspiring moment in my teaching experience there’s a lot of difficulties that you may encountered but there’s always a friend to helped and encourage you that you can do everything and be yourself always. My experience in practice teaching keep my skills progressing in be more enthusiastic in front of the learners. In day one I’ve entered in my beloved cooperating school I’ am very nervous if I can do all the task that would be assigned to me but when I saw the smile of every students it’s lighten my mind that I really need to do everything to be a better teacher to them. My students give me strength to become always think positive and look forward and trust always in my own style. Interacting with my students everyday has a great to my development as a future teacher like in classroom management through the suggestions and advice of my cooperating teaching it enhance more my abilities on how I can handle a situation in the classroom so as a teacher you need an extra ordinary energy to handle the characters of your students because they are different to each other that’s why sometimes you really need to know your students individual background to determine their hidden attitude. Every  moment in my practice  teaching makes me tired but that experienced makes me more strong person and  also unique  mentor. I admit that first I found it difficult to get students attention for me but I always remember that I can do it teaching is my profession that’s why I really need to performed my obligation. Being as their teacher you need a gap sometimes in your students and authority to discipline them at a very young age. As a teacher also need always good looking in front of the class to get the attention of your students, you really need to become presentable to your learners. Every mistakes that I had made during my practicum in the school bothered me but my cooperating teachers always at my side even for good times and bad times tried her best to give suggestions and learned my mistakes because of her it’s widen more my skills and strategies in teaching. I’ve realize that mistakes are part of this experience in the future would not be repeated. Another things I learned in order to encourage students to perform better in class teachers should give complements to every students good efforts. We have experience everything in our practice teaching such as preparing lesson plans, reviewing all lessons, I am so blessed having my practicum in school of the future thank you , Mrs. Estenily D. Teran my first cooperating teacher and Mrs. Rachel G. Vales my second cooperating teacher  in also to the very kind and thoughtful principal in SOF Mrs. Venus T.
